Jennifer Gouslin has been a loan officer since 2002 when she started with a local new home builder doing loans for both new home buyers and resale buyers in the company's real estate offices. Jennifer has worked with hundreds of clients on their home purchases and refinances and has conventional, FHA and VA lending experience as well being certified with the city of Escondido down payment assistance program.
Jennifer graduated from the University of Oregon in 1993 with degrees in Finance and Economics. Jennifer obtained her chartered financial analyst designation in 1999. Prior to mortgage lending Jennifer worked for a local Investment Management company analyzing international equities.
